Archery is a popular traditional and time-tested camp activity. Campers of all abilities will learn, develop and perfect their archery skills as they shoot high quality compound bows with target-tipped arrows at a variety of fun targets on our range. As safety is our number one priority, campers will follow an established set of range commands and safety procedures as they practice to become qualified archers.

afternoon - weeks 2 & 3

Campers who participate in rifle will learn how to safely handle, shoot, and maintain a .22 rifle. They will be taught basic safety principles of handling firearms, have time to perfect their marksmanship, and shoot at a variety of fun targets in the process.

Please note that rifle will be a morning activity for WEEK 1 ONLY - we will be offering an advanced class (for shooters who have been in our program for 2+ years) and a regular class. Weeks 2 & 3 rifle will be in the afternoon with our regular programming.

weeks 1, 2 & 3

All levels of equestrians are welcome - from campers who have never been on a horse, to those that have been riding their entire lives. We believe that when developing this skill, safe horsemanship and care of the animal are just as important to teach as mounted skills. We provide a fun, safe and well-rounded horse camp experience where campers can immerse themselves in the moment and enjoy themselves in a non-competitive environment.

Campers will be exploring working as a team as they work through our newly renovated low ropes challenge course. Join as we swing through the trees and work together to conquer each unique element!

New for 2025! Camp wouldn’t be complete without learning some basic survival skills! Learn to build a campfire, create a shelter, read a map, and tie some fancy knots. By the end of the week, you may be set up to live in the woods for a bit!

week 1 only

In this sewing-focused art class, you’ll build your skills using a sewing machine to create! Then truly make it your own with hand sewing those fine details that are unique to you. Walk away confident that you’ve gained a new skill and will be able to bless others with it!

week 1 only

How cool is it to make something from scratch, and then make more things from that! Join us as we make paper, and then use it to make other cool things! From stationary, to notecards & bookmarks, and maybe even a painting masterpiece! All on paper that YOU made!

weeks 2 & 3

New for 2025! Guys & gals alike will love joining us on this new adventure! Art and wood will be combined - Start the week off building a primitive chair. After that we will make wooden mallets that will be used for the rest of the week to build a variety of projects employing basic joinery. Walk away from Wood Crafting with projects and skills to enjoy inside and outside for years to come?

week 2 only

New for 2025! Join us on this fun art adventure! Campers will learn how to write a story with a beginning, middle and end - lined with humor, character and style. We’ll learn style tips for comic strip style illustration to bring the story to life, and even how to stitch the comics together. Bring home your very own comic created by you from beginning to end!

week 3 only

Learn to design and create your own jewelry! Campers will be utilizing basic jewelry tools for custom creations of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and keychains. Learn how to drill glass and wrap wire! Bring your imagination and creativity (and if you have beach glass you’d like to make into something cool, bring that too!)

The hands on horses class focuses on the behind-the-scenes experience of learning all about God's special four legged creatures and what it takes to care for them. This is NOT primarily a riding class, but an opportunity to interact and learn valuable insights about horses.

Join us for a camper favorite! Learn the different paddle strokes to guide your canoe smoothly across the pond! Campers will enjoy group games after learning some of the basic canoeing skills & will most likely get a little wet each day.

New for 2025! Campers will play fan favorites, such as gaga ball, disc golf, blind volleyball, and other wacky games. A spin off from Challenge Course, this activity will keep you moving!

Join us for an adventure with your favorite pets! Adventure across the mountain to learn about our wonderful critters - dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, ducks & chickens! Take the info home to convince your parents you can care for a furry friend!
